This roll forming machine is to produce the profile called "GV side members" which is used as a main or subsidiary frame of commercial truck. This highly and precisely specialized flexible roll former has been developed and supplied to Hyundai, one of the biggest automobile companies. The feature is able to adjust vertical roller gap in automatic mode and to roll-form such thick coil upto 9mm precisely, considering of safety of operator, HMI (Human Machine Interface), and environmental protection, This technology contribute the localization of auto mobile parts which Korean automobile manufacturer have imported.
